Orders and delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

Between 48 and 72 working hours. You will receive an email with the tracking details when it leaves.

How much does delivery cost?

€4.95 in mainland Spain, and free from €60. You will find all the rates in Delivery & returns.

Do you deliver to the Canary Islands or outside Spain?

Not for now: we deliver to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Payment

How can I pay?

By credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bizum. Payment is made on Stripe’s secure page and we do not see or store your card details.

I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?

In your bag, in the “Discount code or gift card” field. You will see the discount and the total before you pay. Only one code can be used per order.

Products

A piece is sold out. Will it come back?

We make short runs of each fabric, so not always. On the page of each sold-out product you can leave your email and we will let you know if we restock it.

How do I care for the pieces?

On each product page you will find the composition and the washing instructions.

Do you have a gift card?

Yes, for €50, €100 and €200. You will find it in Gift card. When you buy it, you receive it by email with a code, so that you can forward it or print it. It works like a balance: if the order costs less, the remainder is kept for your next purchase. It is valid for 24 months.

Do I need an account to buy?

No, you can buy without an account. If you would like one, sign in to My account with your email address: we will send you a 6-digit code to sign in, with no password. There you will see your orders and your wishlist on any device.

Returns

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, within 15 calendar days of receiving it. We explain how in Delivery & returns.
